This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship of the outdoor

furniture under normal residential use. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of original

purchase.

• Structural defects in frames, joints, and welding.
• Manufacturing flaws in materials such as wood, metal, or synthetic components.
• Defects in workmanship that compromise the intended function of the furniture.

Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratching, or weathering, including small cracks, water or other liquid marks, and the gray color that the wood takes on due to exposure to the elements.

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper care.
• Damage caused by natural disasters or environmental factors (storms, floods, extreme heat, etc.).
• Cushions, fabrics, or finishes unless expressly stated otherwise.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• A description of the defect and photographs of the affected area.

Upon verification of the defect, OTAZEN will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product at no additional cost. If the exact product or component is no longer available, a comparable replacement of equal value will be provided. All replacements will be delivered under the same Incoterms as the original purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
